Anne has been with Ashdown since its formation in 1990. How time flies! There can't be many Chefs in the country who haven't spoken to her at some time during their career. With more than 15 years experience to her credit, there can be very few consultants who can match this dedication to duty. To survive this very demanding job, Anne has displayed amazing patience and understanding of chef's individual requirements. Despite this, there is not a grey hair in sight as you will see from the lovely blonde hair in her photograph! Anne loves to keep in touch with chefs that she has placed over the years, so give her a call, she would be very pleased to hear from you. |

Emma joined Ashdown in 1998 and therefore has a wealth of experience of recruiting for the Hospitality and Catering industry. Until recently Emma covered all levels of positions within hotels, restaurants and catering organisations. As testament to her success, her division has grown from strength to strength and it has become necessary for her to choose a field in which she can specialise. Lucky candidates with a bias towards Food and Beverage will benefit enormously from this development. Emma graduated from Brighton University with a first class honours degree in Hospitality Management. She is very well equipped and dedicated to assisting you achieve your career aspirations in this exciting and challenging field. |

Eleanor is the newest member to join the team at Ashdown. As a recent graduate in Spanish and French, she is competently able to assist candidates whose English language skills are a little wobbly. Ele specialises in both management and operational roles within Front Office, Housekeeping, Conference and Banqueting, Administration and Sales. Dealing with vacancies within these specific areas ensures that Ele knows exactly who is on the move and where good opportunities will be arising. |

Julie is the Proprietor of Ashdown. She does not wish to declare how many years experience she has within the recruitment industry since it is in excess of 20. However the words Silver and Jubilee spring to mind! In the beginning Ashdown Appointments was just Anne and Julie but as the business has grown other consultants have been recruited to assist them in their specialist fields. Julie tends to handle one-off assignments in Catering Management, so if you are looking for something a bit different, she will rise to the challenge. |

Laura is the Office Manager. She assists the Consultants in all aspects so if at any time you cannot get hold of someone, Laura is sure to be able to help you. Laura is quite mad, but she is a ray of sunshine in the office when the going gets tough. She loves to be involved, so do chat to her, she will always make time for you. |
