This contemporary restaurant has several letting rooms and is independently run and managed by experienced, hospitality professionals. Since opening they have been going from strength to strength and now require a talented Bar Manager to join the team.
The emphasis here is on seasonal cooking using excellent British produce. Where possible they use only well sourced local ingredients, alongside their own foraging in the surrounding countryside. There is also a well-stocked bar championing local suppliers in both their wines and spirits, so the ideal candidate will feel passionately about the provenance of their produce.
Currently front of house there is a Restaurant Manager and several junior team members, who require training and support. The successful Bar Manager will be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the restaurant and bar, training and mentoring the staff to ensure an excellent customer experience throughout their visit.
