Areas you will be involved in will include:
Supervise restaurant service to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
Lead and motivate the front of house team during shifts.
Encourage, train, and motivate the junior members of the team.
Act as the deputy for the Front of House Manager/ General Manager when required.
Responsible for cashing up and closing procedures at the end of shifts.

The ideal candidate:
Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality sector is a must.
A friendly and warm personality to provide excellent customer service.
Ability to work effectively under pressure within a busy environment.
A keen eye for details to maintain high service standards.
An interest in food provenance and drink pairing is a plus.
Methodical, honest, and dependable work ethic.

Due to the rural location of this establishment, your own transport will be essential.
