There is a stable front of house team, and the Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring there is a happy, productive working environment. This will involve leading and mentoring the staff, holding weekly training sessions, and making sure the high standards of service are maintained at all times.

Other duties will include full control of the restaurant in the Restaurant Managers absence, understanding of financial aspects of the business, strong product knowledge and the ability to use initiative and work under pressure.
