This beautiful garden centre has a popular restaurant with a lovely terrace and small huts in the gardens offering private dining for up to 6 guests in each one.

There is a brigade of 7 chefs preparing a varied menu including British classics through to more adventurous Mediterranean dishes. Everything is made in house using fresh produce and this is all sourced as locally as possible.

As Chef de Partie you will have the opportunity to cover all sections of the kitchen, working within a talented team. The role is varied, and you will have the chance to contribute ideas for the menus and assist with training the junior members of the team.
