Front of House Supervisor

Front of House Supervisor – beautiful country pub.

This privately owned, thriving village pub has a popular restaurant, beautiful garden and several letting rooms. Since reopening in April, they have seen a real increase in business and are now looking for a Front of House Supervisor to strengthen the team.

It could be a full or part-time role working shifts including breakfast, evening, weekend, and bank holidays. You will be a member of a small, busy, fun team, hands on in all aspects of pub and restaurant management.
This is a great opportunity to be involved in a growing business. Along with assisting the Manager with the day to day running of the establishment, you will be required to maintain their excellent standards of customer service.

Other areas you will be involved in will include supervising junior members of staff, dealing with enquiries, bookings and payments, stock takes, ordering and serving where necessary.

The pub and restaurant is extremely busy, so previous experience at a supervisory level, within a similar environment will be essential, along with a warm and welcoming personality.
