The Role
As General Manager, you'll be the face and force behind our venue’s success. You’ll lead a passionate team, ensure consistently high standards, and drive both guest satisfaction and business performance.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pub, restaurant, and garden
• Lead, motivate, and develop the front and back of house teams
• Ensure exceptional service and high-quality food and drink offerings
• Manage budgets, costs, and P&L performance
• Develop and deliver creative ideas to drive footfall and customer loyalty
• Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards

• Proven experience as a General Manager (or strong Deputy ready for the next step) in a quality-led food and drink environment
• A natural leader with strong people skills and commercial acumen
• Passionate about seasonal, locally sourced food and exceptional service
• Organised, adaptable, and hands-on in your management style
