The restaurant is situated on a farm with other attractions so the owners are expecting it to be extremely busy especially at weekends and within the school holidays. The ideal Head Chef will have previous experience within a high-volume fresh food kitchen and enjoy creating mouth watering dishes for both adults and children.
The role is to start in January and initially the successful candidate will run the kitchen alone and then build up the team as the business increases. The Head Chef will have full control of the day to day running of the kitchen, designing menus, costing, sourcing suppliers and ensuring all procedures are in place.
Due to the rural location of the property your own transport will be essential.
