This stylish, award-winning hotel is currently seeking a talented Head Chef to take over the day to day running of the kitchen. They cater for the a la carte restaurant, the conservatory and bar and extensive function facilities for up to 200 covers.

There is a brigade of 7 chefs preparing modern European cuisine for the restaurant and a variety of menus for the parties, weddings and society events. Everything is made in house using fresh, seasonal produce and where possible this will be sourced locally.

As Head Chef you will be involved in designing menus, costings, stock control, ordering and running a profitable happy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have previously held a Head Chef position and feel passionately about cooking along with managing all the relevant paperwork, health, hygiene and safety procedures, motivating and training the team to get the best out of them.
