A popular British pub and dining room, where they can also hold a variety of functions and parties.
There is a brigade of 4-5 talented chefs preparing fresh, seasonal cuisine and the main menu changes monthly and the specials board weekly. Where possible they champion local suppliers, farmers, and artisan producers. It is a popular establishment and can cater for up to 250 covers a day at the weekends.
A generous salary of £40,000 + tips of £6-8,000 per annum & bonus

After several years the Head Chef is moving on and they are looking for a strong, experienced Head Chef to replace him.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar fresh food kitchen and be looking for their next challenge. As Head Chef you will have full control of all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen, motivating, training, and managing your team, designing menus, costing, stock control, ordering and ensuring all health, hygiene and safety procedures are in place.
