They offer a superb, creative menu and absolutely everything is made in house, so previous experience within a fresh food, professional kitchen that operates at the highest level will be essential.

Due to their continued success the restaurant is always busy, and it will be important for the Head Chef to work calmly under pressure, nurturing and training their staff to get the best out of them. Other duties will include working closely with the owner on menu design, sourcing suppliers, monitoring stock levels, ordering and maintaining a happy, productive kitchen environment.
