An exciting opportunity to join this unique, independently run hotel. Over the years they have built an excellent reputation for their very high standard of both food and service. The kitchen caters for an award winning, contemporary restaurant and extensive conference and banqueting facilities.

There is a stable brigade of 10 talented chefs preparing modern British cuisine with European influences. They make everything in house and where possible all the produce is sourced locally to ensure the menus are seasonal and their carbon footprint is low.

Currently they are seeking a professional Junior Sous Chef to join the team. The successful candidate will be involved in managing the team, inputting ideas for the menus, ensuring all procedures are adhered to, and training the junior staff.

The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within award winning, quality kitchens and be looking for a new and challenging role where they will have the opportunity to develop their skills and the success of the hotel.
