This popular village pub has several letting rooms and caters for the bar, restaurant, and large garden in the warmer months. They offer fresh, seasonal menus, a range of premium beers, spirits, and a wide variety of wines.

Due to their continued success, they are looking for a Restaurant and Bar Manager to oversee all front of house operations. This will be a hands-on role, leading by example taking care of the cellar, administration, bar and waiting on tables if required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent man management skills and be able to train, motivate and inspire the small team of 7 front of house staff to ensure a first-class customer service. The pub is in a rural village so your own transport would be essential.
