Restaurant Manager – superb 4-star hotel – £38,000 -
A lovely four-star hotel with an award-winning restaurant, lobby, hotel bar and extensive conference and banqueting, all set within beautiful grounds. Independently owned and managed they have a passion for delivering exceptional service to ensure the ultimate customer journey.
It is a busy operation, and they are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the restaurant, lobby and bar area. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Alongside this the successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the bar and room service.
As Restaurant Manager you will have full control of the day to day running of the department, working closely with the Head Chef and General Manager to ensure an excellent relationship between front and back of house.

The ideal Restaurant Manager will have had previous experience managing something similar, have an excellent knowledge of wine and food, be personable, charismatic, and able to cope well under pressure.
