Our client has a unique farm to fork establishment, growing most of the produce from the grounds of the restaurant within the idyllic Kent countryside. The 24-seater restaurant features a 10-course taster menu, and a wonderful selection of local craft ales and British wines. This innovative young company has been awarded many accolades including, two AA Rosettes, a Michelin Green Star, Kent Restaurant of the Year to name a few.

Due to their continued success, they are seeking a talented and professional Restaurant Manager. They are looking for a passionate foodie who relishes the opportunity to provide fresh, sustainably sourced food and wants to be part of one of the brightest hospitality teams in Kent.

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager would be favoured, however they would consider an experienced Assistant Manager if they had worked within hospitality and had a real passion and enthusiasm for food and drink. The service style is relaxed, and the ambience comfortable. You will be part of a customer focussed team who enjoy meeting their guests and sharing the delights of the Kent and Sussex countryside.

Due to the rural location of this position, you will require your own transport.
