This stylish, award-winning hotel is currently seeking a talented Sous Chef to assist with the day to day running of the kitchen. They cater for the a la carte restaurant, the conservatory, bar, and extensive function facilities for up to 200 covers.

They prepare modern European cuisine for the restaurant and a variety of menus for the parties, weddings, and society events. Everything is made in house using fresh, seasonal produce and where possible this will be sourced locally.

As Sous Chef you will assist with designing menus, costings, stock control, ordering and running a profitable happy kitchen.
