This beautiful 4 star hotel is currently seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef to take over the day to day running of their brasserie. The restaurant is situated in their country club and has far reaching views over the golf course and Ashdown Forest.
The emphasis here is on the use of locally sourced, seasonal produce and the successful Senior Sous Chef will have plenty of opportunity to influence the menus.
