This busy, lively restaurant is currently seeking a professional Sous Chef to join their talented brigade of chefs.

They prepare fresh, seasonal cuisine and everything is prepared in house, using locally sourced produce where possible. You will work closely with the Head Chef and have full responsibility for the kitchen in their absence.

The successful candidate will be involved in menu design and development, stock control, ordering, staff training and motivation and ensuring all health, hygiene and safety procedures are being adhered to.

Ideally, we are looking for a dedicated and creative Sous Chef with a real passion for cooking. Previous experience within a fast paced, fresh food kitchen would be an advantage, but not essential if you are keen and willing to develop your skills further.
