A thriving country pub with a busy restaurant and large garden for the warmer months. Currently they are seeking a talented Sous Chef to assist with the day to day running of the kitchen.

With a small brigade of chefs, they prepare fresh, seasonal menus and where possible source all their produce locally. The successful Sous Chef will be an integral part of the team preparing delicious pub fare for lunch, dinner and a variety of functions and parties.
