The restaurant is situated on a farm with other attractions, so the owners are expecting it to be extremely busy especially at weekends and within the school holidays. The ideal Sous Chef will have previous experience within a high-volume fresh food kitchen and enjoy creating mouthwatering dishes for both adults and children.
The role will include supporting the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen and full responsibility in their absence. Other duties involve assisting the Head Chef with menu design, stock control, ordering and ensuring all health and hygiene procedures are in place.
Due to the rural location of the property your own transport will be essential.
