A contemporary fine dining restaurant with a less formal brasserie and terrace for the warmer months. Due to the restaurants continued popularity, they are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join the team. The restaurant is well established and over the years has been extremely successful in gaining many awards and accolades, which they are keen to maintain.

There is a brigade of 12 chefs preparing innovative, modern British and European cuisine to exacting standards. Everything is made in house using the finest fresh, seasonal produce and experience on all sections of the kitchen will be essential. Although they do have a dedicated team of Pastry Chefs in place baking the bread and creating stunning desserts.
The successful Sous Chef will have plenty of opportunity to demonstrate their creative flair and input their own ideas onto the menus, whilst also being involved in the day to day running of the kitchen. There is a friendly and professional brigade of chefs already in place, so you will have plenty of support in your new role.
