Currently they are seeking a Sous Chef to join their small team. The ideal Sous Chef will have previous experience at this level, worked with fresh, seasonal produce and take pride in training and developing the team.
It is a senior role and the successful Sous Chef will be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen.
The pub is in a rural village so your own transport would be essential.
