Currently they are seeking a professional Sous Chef to join the team. The successful candidate will be involved in managing the team, inputting ideas for the menus, ensuring all procedures are adhered to, and training the junior staff.

The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within award winning, quality kitchens and be looking for a new and challenging role where they will have the opportunity to develop their skills and the success of the hotel.
