Situated within a beautiful 16th century pub, in this picturesque West Sussex village, this 45 couverts restaurant is well renowned in the greater surrounding area, with a formidable reputation for producing quality food with impeccable service.
My client is looking for a talented and creative Sous Chef to join their fantastic kitchen team. You will be working closely with the Head Chef who has held his own Michelin Star as well as Rosette awards to serve the finest dishes. Enthusiasm and passion will be key in ensuring the food offering evolves and continues to be better. You will have an integral part to help write the menus and ultimately be responsible for the operational standards of the kitchen.
