This small boutique hotel has a contemporary bar and restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, seven days a week. The emphasis here is on the use of all the wonderful fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce that is available to them on the East Sussex coast.

The ideal Sous Chef will have previous experience in a senior role and thoroughly enjoy creating modern British cuisine with international influences. The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef with all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen contributing to menu design, inspiring and leading the team, stock control, ordering and full responsibility in the Head Chefs absence.
