Due to this success, they are currently looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join this first-class kitchen.

There is a team of 3 chefs and a KP preparing modern British and European menus. The emphasis here is on the use of fresh, seasonal produce sourced as locally as possible. They also regularly go foraging and the menus change daily to reflect this.

The ideal candidate will share their passion for cooking and have a genuine love for the industry. They would like someone who really gets involved and can assist them take the business forward. As it is a small team you will have the opportunity to train on all sections and learn the day to day management of a fresh food kitchen.

Your own transport will be essential due to the rural location of the pub.
