Cracking opportunity for a CDP or commis looking to step up to CDP level. Working in a quite amazing, beautiful and relaxing Estate providing a wonderful food offering, working with seasoned and creative senior chefs with the Freshest produce, grown and raised on the estate as well as using only the most local of outsourced produce.

• 8 hour shifts – Pattern is 7am - 3.30pm / 12noon -8.30pm.

• A keen eye for detail.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Experience with Fresh Food preferable, but not essential.
