Chef de Partie – 4 Star hotel – straight shifts - £30,000 + bonus -

A contemporary, boutique hotel with a popular restaurant and busy banqueting department.

Currently they are seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team and support the Sous and Head Chef. The successful Chef de Partie will be involved in running a section, training the junior chefs, and ensuring all health, hygiene and safety procedures are adhered to.
