There is a team of 6 professional chefs preparing modern British cuisine with international influences. They make everything in house using fresh, seasonal produce and where possible this is sourced locally. The Head Chef is very experienced so as a Commis Chef you will receive an excellent training on all sections of the kitchen.

The ideal candidate will have had some previous experience within a professional kitchen and have a genuine passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal produce.
