This is a role for a creative culinary leader, someone who believes great food starts with great ingredients, and will enjoy working closely with gardeners, growers and producers to ensure the finest quality and price of their ingredients.

As Head Chef, you will lead a kitchen team of 4 chefs to deliver a distinctive and memorable dining experience that reflects the spirit of this stunning estate, combining creative leadership, team development, and operational discipline. You will oversee kitchen service, events, tastings, and guest experiences while maintaining the highest culinary standards.

In the restaurant they are looking for a Head Chef who can create an imaginative menu that will not only inspire the guests but the team he works with to ensure they are kept motivated and engaged in their roles. There will be lots of freedom to express your ideas utilising local produce along with food grown on the estate. If you are a Head Chef who values creativity, sustainability, and craftsmanship this could be the ideal role for you.

Due to the rural location of this incredible venue your own transport will be essential.
