Head Chef – restaurant
An independent restaurant specialising in southern Indian cuisine. Currently they are seeking a talented Head Chef who can help take the business forward.
There will be plenty of opportunity to demonstrate your creative flair preparing everything with quality fresh produce.

The restaurant seats up to 60 covers and they are open for lunch and dinner 6 days a week. There is a small team of chefs in the kitchen, and everything is made in house.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience cooking Indian cuisine although this is not essential as an excellent training can be given. As Head Chef you will have full control of the day to day running of the kitchen, designing menus, costing, stock control, ordering, training and motivating your team and all health, hygiene and safety procedures
