A beautiful country inn with a popular restaurant and wonderful garden with views over the Sussex Downs. It is independently owned and run by a team of hospitality professionals, who pride themselves on the superb cuisine and excellent choice of local wines and beers.
With a brigade of 4 chefs they prepare a regularly changing menu to reflect the seasons. Everything including the bread is made in house using the finest fresh produce and this is all sourced locally where possible. Having successfully built the business back up after the pandemic and with the high demand for tables, they are looking for a Head Chef to oversee their talented team.

The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within a professional, fresh food kitchen and have a genuine love for cooking and hospitality. The Head Chef will have full responsibility for the day to day running the kitchen designing innovative menus, sourcing suppliers to get the best produce at a competitive price, stock control, ordering and training, motivating, and retaining the junior chefs.
