Junior Sous Chef – fabulous country pub – package to £35,000 –
A lovely country pub with a lively bar, popular restaurant, and beautiful garden for the warmer months. Currently they are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to assist with the day to day running of the kitchen and be an integral part of their dedicated and experienced brigade.
• 28 days’ paid holiday during each holiday year including Bank holidays.

The Junior Sous Chef will be involved in menu design, cooking with fresh, seasonal produce sourced from artisan suppliers in the local area. The menus change daily so you can make the most of the seasonal Kent produce. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, so plenty of opportunity to get creative with the menus.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, motivated Junior Sous Chef who has already worked in a similar role within the industry. You will be a team player, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail to deliver outstanding quality food.
As Junior Sous Chef you will need great communication and leadership skills, a good level of computer literacy, the ability to work under pressure and be an excellent trainer, motivating and mentoring your team.
