The role is Junior Sous Chef to assist the Head and Sous Chef with the day to day running of this busy high-volume kitchen. The menus are modern British with International influences, and everything will be made in house. Where possible they source their produce locally and menus reflect the seasonal changes. So previous experience within a high volume, fresh food kitchen will be essential.

Each pub is run independently, and the chefs can write part of the menu making the most of all the fresh, seasonal produce available to them. As Junior Sous Chef you will be involved in menu design, stock control, ordering, staff training and motivating to get the best out of them.
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef, be able to demonstrate great organisational qualities along with excellent cooking skills and the ability to run a top quality, profitable kitchen.

In return for your hard work and dedication there is a generous salary package of £34,000 + and the opportunity to influence this award-winning company that continues to outperform current industry trends.
