Pastry Chef de Partie – great training
A contemporary fine dining restaurant with a less formal brasserie and terrace for the warmer months. Having now recruited a Michelin trained Head Pastry Chef, they are seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team. The restaurant is well established and over the years has been extremely successful in gaining many awards and accolades, so an excellent training will be guaranteed.

7 shifts a week, Sunday evening, Monday, Tuesday off plus a day off in the week.

There is a brigade of 12 chefs with 2-3 in the pastry kitchen. They prepare innovative, modern British and European cuisine to exacting standards and everything is made in house using the finest fresh, seasonal produce. The Pastry Chefs are responsible for creating innovative plated desserts, ice cream, sorbets and baking the bread.
The successful Pastry Chef de Partie will have plenty of opportunity to demonstrate their creative flair and be involved in the day to day running of the pastry kitchen. There is a friendly and professional brigade of chefs already in place, so you will have plenty of support in your new role.
