The venues vary from high end hotels, award winning restaurants, lively brasseries and popular pubs with dining rooms.

All looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about their craft.

The positions range from Commis Chef level through to Head Pastry Chefs who can run a section and manage a team. So, the experience required will vary depending on the role you are applying for. However, for all roles you must love cooking and be committed to your career as a Pastry Chef.
