This popular, independent restaurant is currently seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef to join the team and assist with the day to day running of the kitchen. With a brigade of 8 chefs, they prepare modern British cuisine, and everything is made in house using fresh, seasonal produce.

The ideal candidate will have an enthusiast approach to creating innovative dishes from locally sourced produce and demonstrate great attention to detail. Strong experience in restaurant & gastro pubs will be required along with proven leadership & team motivation abilities, strong hospitality management, excellent communication & interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving & decision making.
