Sous Chef – award winning restaurant

This contemporary, fine dining restaurant has some impressive awards and accolades and continues to be one of the finest places to eat in the area. With a very talented Head Chef running the kitchen they are now looking for a motivated and creative Sous Chef to assist him.

Flexible working days (8 Shifts a week, 2.5 days off together with another half day in the week)

Ideal candidate:
AA rosette/ Michelin Star experience preferred
Team player, able to support colleagues at all times and assist where required
Adaptable and can multi task
Work well under pressure
Great time keeping
Passionate about food and looking to further their career

There is a professional brigade of chefs preparing seasonal, a la carte menus and only the finest, fresh produce will be used, all of which is locally sourced where possible. As Sous Chef you will be involved in menu design, stock control, ordering and training the junior members of the team.
