This unique establishment has a casual dining restaurant open for light lunches, a more formal restaurant offering a full a la carte menu and they hold a Dining Club with a wine paired meal accompanied by live music.
The menus are all prepared using local, seasonal produce and the menus change seasonally.
Mainly daytime hours 9am-5pm
Maximum of 2 evenings a week (and not every week)

Ideally they are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who can assist with all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen. The successful Sous Chef will be involved in menu design, costing, stock control, ordering and training and motivating the team.
