A beautiful country inn with a popular restaurant and wonderful garden with views over the Sussex Downs. It is independently owned and run by a team of hospitality professionals, who pride themselves on the superb cuisine and excellent choice of local wines and beers.

With a brigade of 4 chefs, they prepare a regularly changing menu to reflect the seasons. Everything including the bread is made in house using the finest fresh produce and this is all sourced locally where possible.

The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within a professional, fresh food kitchen and have a genuine love for cooking and hospitality. You will have to opportunity to assist the Head Chef with running the kitchen, designing menus, stock control, ordering and training the junior chefs.
