There is a superb Head Chef at the helm, and they are now looking for a Sous Chef who can support them in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a quality, professional kitchen and have a good knowledge of fresh, seasonal cooking, along with excellent man-management skills. The Head Chef will also be overseeing another kitchen, so the Sous Chef will have full responsibility for the day to day running of the kitchen in their absence. So the role would suit an experienced Sous Chef looking for further training prior to taking on their first Head Chef role.
